This is a left exit that merges onto Texas Avenue South. Proceed 1.6 miles on Texas Avenue South and turn right into hotel located behind Discount Tire Company. From Dallas, take I-45 South to Madisonville. Take exit 142, turn right onto SH21 going to Bryan. In Bryan, turn left onto SH6 South and follow Waco/Bryan directions. From Waco/Bryan, take SH6 South to the Southwest Parkway/Raintree Drive exit.
