Credit card deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking for a 1 bedroom villa, while the 2-bedroom requires $250. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. All reservations require a 3 night minimum stay.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Guest may cancel 30 days prior to arrival with a $75.00 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given if cancellation is within 30 days of arrival but guest can change their dates with all monies forwarded to new reservation.
