The Hyatt Regency Lexington has a total of 21,000 square feet of meeting space. The Patterson Ballroom is the hotel's largest ballroom with 9,000 square feet and 17 feet high ceilings. Movable wall units allow for flexible meeting set-ups. The Regency Ballroom has a total of 4,000 square feet and is divisible into two or three sections for your meeting needs. In addition, there are a total of six boardrooms. Hyatt holds exclusive catering rights to this facility.
