What is
the cancellation policy on my reservation?
Cancellation policies vary from hotel to
hotel. The policies are not the property,
nor at the discretion, of this site. Each
hotel's cancellation and rate-rules
policies are posted on our web site so
that you may have immediate access to them
at the time of booking.

Where
do you send my request?
Your request is put into our system and
processed as soon as you submit your
information on our secure reservation
form. We verify your credit card number,
double check the availability for your
request and display your confirmation
number instantly. We also send your
personal information to the booked hotel.
Only parties directly involved with the
confirmation of your reservation receive
this information. We do not sell, rent, or
give your information to any parties for
any purposes not specified above.

How do
I check on my request for a room?
You may check on the status of all the
past and current reservations you have
made on this site at anytime from our
reservation retrieval page.
If you have called the hotel and are
worried because they seem unaware of your
reservation, please understand that the
room has been taken out of the inventory
pool, but your personal information has
not been uploaded into their system. The
hotel knows the room is booked, they
simply do not know it has been booked by
you. However, the hotel will have your
personal booking information (at the
latest) within 24 hours prior to your
scheduled arrival.

Is
there an extra charge if more than one
adult stays in the room?
This varies from one hotel to the next.
Hotel price, reservation, and cancellation
policies are available for each of our
search results and we recommend you take a
moment to view them. By entering the
correct number of adults that will be
staying in the room your search results
will reflect all applicable charges.

When
will my reservation be at the hotel?
The system requires a minimum of 24 hours
to get your reservation to the hotel. The
instant you book a room, however, that
room is taken out of the hotel's inventory
and is set aside for your use. The hotel
will not be able to access your specific
information immediately; they will only
know that the room is reserved and not
available to anyone else. This keeps the
system moving and still ensures that no
one else can book your room.

If I
change my reservation will I lose my
deposit?
In most instances, deposits are
recoverable if the cancellation is
made before the forfeiture deadline. These
deadlines are the policies of the
individual hotel or chain. Please check
the cancellation and rate rules policies
on our secure reservation form before
reserving your room.

What
are Web Saver rates?
Web savers are special rates offered only
to online customers. These rates are below
the published rates of the hotel and often
represent the very best rates available
for that property. They often require
prepayment and may not have a refund
policy associated with them. We recommend
that you read all cancellation policies
and rate-rules before you book your hotel.

We are an independent online booking
agency. We earn a commission from hotels
for booking their rooms. We charge a
modest service fee for use of our
reservation booking system.

Credit
card security and our guarantee.
We use sophisticated encryption software
to protect the privacy of all the
information you entrust to us. We are so
confident in the security of this system
that we back it up with a guarantee. If,
for whatever reason, you are held
responsible for any fraudulent charges
made on our site, we will cover the
liability for you, up to fifty dollars, as
long as the unauthorized use of your
credit card resulted through no fault of
your own from a reservation made with us
while using our secure server. For more
information please refer to our privacy
and security policy. All secure sites on
the web are indicated by the presence of a
security lock box icon at the bottom of
the screen. Beware of sites that claim to
be secure without this box as they may not
be secure.

How and
when hotels charge your credit card.
Reserving a room online does require a
credit card, but this does not mean your
card will automatically be charged the
full amount. For most reservations, we
just need to verify the authenticity of
your card and the presence of available
funds in order to hold the room. We also
charge a modest service fee for using our
hotel reservation system. At the end of
your stay you may choose your form of
payment at the hotel.
Exceptions:
Prepayment Policies-Your card will
be charged immediately for the full price
of the room including all taxes and fees.
Involve special low rates and are usually
non-refundable.
Web Saver Rates-Made available only
to guests booking reservations online.
These rates are well below the published
rates the hotels offer to most customers.
These special rates require prepayment and
may be non-refundable.
Deposit Required Policies- Some
reservations require a deposit to be paid
at the time of booking. Usually this
deposit is non-refundable. These usually
involve special rates.

May I
call the hotel directly? Where do I get
the phone number?
Certainly. Immediately upon booking, you
will be sent an email containing your
confirmation number, dates of travel, and
the telephone number of your hotel.

I
shopped around for rates but the one I
found on your site is not there anymore.
Why?
Because we are part of a real-time
reservation network and because room rates
are constantly changing in accordance with
availability. We recommend booking early
to find the best rates. Once you find a
rate you like it is a good idea to book
right away.

How do
I cancel a reservation?
If you need to cancel a reservation you
may do so on our site. Click on the "My
Reservations" link at the top of the page
and enter in the requested information. If
you have more than one current
reservation, look carefully and select the
room you wish to cancel. Then click the
"Cancel" button. You will receive a
cancellation number immediately. This
number will also be emailed to you for
your records. The individual hotels
determine their own cancellation policies.
We recommend you read the cancellation
policies prior to booking your reservation.

How do
I retrieve a past reservation?
By clicking our reservation retrieval link
you will call up our reservation retrieval
page to find your booking history. It is
essential that you enter the information
requested on this page exactly the way you
entered it when first booking the room.
Ensure that your name is spelled correctly
and that the credit card number you enter
is the same one used for the booking. When
you click GO our system will display all
of your current and previous bookings. If
your booking is not present, and you have
a confirmation email and confirmation
number, email us at by clicking our
contact link at the top of the page.

What to
do if you experience credit card
difficulty.
Typographical errors are the leading cause
of credit card problems. Check that you
have entered your credit card number
accurately and that the name and
expiration date are as they appear on the
card. Also, check that the billing address
you entered matches the one filed with
your credit card company. Ensure that your
card does not expire before your date of
arrival and that you have sufficient funds
available on the card to guarantee payment
for your stay.

What to
do if you do not receive a confirmation
email.
When we process your booking request, our
system generates a confirmation number and
displays it on your screen immediately.
If, after completing a reservation
request, you do not see a confirmation
number your request has not been
processed. However, if a confirmation
number was displayed but you have not
received a confirmation email most likely
your email address was not entered
accurately. You may check the status of
your confirmation using our past
reservations link at the top of this page.

you've received a billing error.
Questions regarding suspected billing
errors should be directed towards your
lodging provider. If they are unable to
resolve the issue, you may email us by
using the contact link at the top of the
page. Please include detailed information
as to the nature of your problem and the
steps you have taken to resolve it.

Finding
out about available amenities.
Amenities are listed along with other
pertinent information, such as directions
and property descriptions, through a link
by each hotel listing.

Will my
hotel charge for my children to stay with
me?
Each hotel establishes its own rate
policies but in general hotels do not
charge for children under 12 that stay
with their parents upon present bedding.

Will my
hotel have rollaway beds available?
Generally hotels have rollaway beds
available for use. A minimal fee is
sometimes required, but to be determined
by the individual property. Please make
special requests in the box allowed on our
secure reservation form. Hotels use their
best effort to accommodate any requests.
However, we cannot guarantee such requests
since they are based upon availability.

Will I
receive any written confirmation of my
reservation?
No. Once your reservation has been
processed a confirmation number will
appear on your screen and will also be
emailed to you. This is all you will need
to verify your reservation.

Do the
listed rates include tax?
No. Only rooms that require prepayment
will have all taxes and fees included in
the final cost.
